Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/01/2017 Heard on prayer for restoration of CRMP No.1234 of 2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.12.2016. Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out for non-appearance of the applicant when the case was called on for hearing on 15.12.2016. Accordingly, prayer for restoration is allowed. The order of dismissal dated 15.12.2016 is hereby recalled and the CRMP No.1234 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
