The petitioner's land has been acquired by the SECL and their rehabilitation policy provide for grant of employment to one of the family member, for which the petitioner made representation before the respondents, which has not been considered till this date. Therefore, the respondents may be directed to consider the same.

Be that as it may, the respondents are directed to take a decision on representation of the petitioner within a period

of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
