1. This writ petition is similar to Writ Petition (227) No.6588 of 2010, which has been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.12.2015 (Smt. Dashoda Vs. Executive Engineer, Public Works Department No.2), which states as under:- "3. Applying the dictum of no work no pay, the Court finds no reason to grant relief.

4. The Labour Court in the impugned order dated 8.7.2010 has rightly held that this Court while directing reinstatement had never given direction to pay wages for the period she may not have worked."
