The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, the petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Project Officer under the Urban Basic Services for Poor Scheme by the State Government in the year 1996. The initial appointment was on contract basis. She continued in service up till May-2005 and on account of being implicated in a criminal case, the petitioner's services got discontinued. The criminal case finally stood decided on 27/04/2018 whereby the petitioner stood acquitted from all the charges that were levelled against the petitioner. 2.

Subsequently, the petitioner has moved an application before the department for reinstating in service and for regularizing her services also as

the peoples who were appointed along with the petitioner in due course of time has been regularized. The said representation which the petitioner has made vide Annexure-P/5 has till date not been decided. 3.

Given the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised, let the respondent No.1 take a decision on the representation so made by the petitioner. If the petitioner's representation is not available, the petitioner would also be at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of 2 weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondent No.1 in turn shall decide the same within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation. 4.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.1 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 5.
