1. Petitioner would challenge her non-selection on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III in Janpad Panchayat, Pathariya, District Bilaspur. She is also challenging the select list dated 10.11.2010, however, the selected persons have not been joined in the petition.

2. In view of the law laid down by the Division Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court in Arti Bhatnagar & Ors. vs. State of M.P. & Ors. {2000(2)

MPLJ 151} that the non-selection as Shiksha Karmi is also appealable or revisable under the extant rules framed under the Chhattisgarh Panchayt Raj Adhiniyam, 1993, the petitioner has an alternative remedy which he may avail by joining the selected candidates.

3. In view of the availability of the alternative remedy, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may avail the alternative remedy within a period of 30 days from today. Sd/- Judge Prashant Kumar Mishra ashu
