departmental enquiry before the respondents/SECL and the respondents/SECL be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make suitable application for appropriate relief before SECL Authorities. 4.

If the petitioner files an application before the SECL/Disciplinary Authority, the Disciplinary Authority shall do well to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
