1. Limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of salary, which has not been paid to the petitioner since August, 2017 onwards.

2. Given the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the case of the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4, who shall process the case of the petitioner and ensure that the petitioner's salary is released to him promptly and if require, necessary sanction/approval whatever is required procedural wise may be obtained from the competent authority.

3. Let this exercise be done within a period of 45 days, from the date the petitioner makes available the certified copy of the Court's order to the respondent No.4.
