1. The counsel for the petitioner makes an oral request for making necessary amendment in the cause title, so far as the respondent No.1 is concerned.

2. Not opposed. Prayer is allowed.

3. Let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of the day itself.

4. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation of the petitioner seeking refund of the tax, which the petitioner is paying subsequent to the introduction of the GST lot.

5. The State counsel on instructions submits that the representations Annexure P/12 and P/13 shall be considered in accordance with law and shall be decided at the earliest.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representations Annexure P/12 & P/13 at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. If required, the petitioner may also be given an opportunity of hearing by the respondent No.1.

7. With the aforesaid observations, the present review petition stands allowed and disposed of.
