Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Central Jail, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur to Sub Jail, Sarangarh, District Raigarh as Chief Warder, whereas post of Chief Warder is not available at Sub Jail, Sarangarh, District Raigarh, therefore, he may be permitted to make a representation before the State Government. 2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government. If the petitioner prefers such representation

before the State Government within a period of two weeks from today, the State Government will do well and decide the same within a period of further four weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner including the availability post and communicate the same to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to place the additional material, if any. For further six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
