Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/01/2017 The transfer order passed on 30/07/2016 is under challenge before this Court on the ground that the petitioner, though has been transferred, has not been relieved till date and if the petitioner is shifted, studies of the students will be affected who are being taught by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner did not raise challenge to the transfer order for the last more than 5 months. I do not find any extra ordinary ground warranting interference by this Court on such transfer order which is not challenged till the end of session. However, it would be open for the petitioner to prefer and pursue representation against transfer on personal grounds. With the said liberty, the petition is dismissed.
