1. The respective applicants have preferred these first bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 08.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 15/2020 registered in Police Station- Dhanora District Kondagaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (D), 365, 306, 506, 201 & 147 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw the bail applications

filed on behalf of applicant Surendra Nag i.e. M.Cr.C. No. 1262 of 2021 and applicant Naresh Uike i.e. M.Cr.C. No. 1361 of 2021 with liberty to file a fresh application(s) as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail applications filed on behalf of applicant Surendra Nag i.e. M.Cr.C. No. 1262 of 2021 and applicant Naresh Uike i.e. M.Cr.C. No. 1361 of 2021 are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.

4. List bail application (M.Cr.C. No. 1306 of 2021) filed on behalf of applicant Mahesh Kumar Nag in next week.
