Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 17/01/2017 The petitioner has challenged legality and validity of transfer order dated 14/10/2016 mainly on the ground that while transferring the petitioner, the policy of keeping husband and wife at nearby station has not been followed. In addition, grounds of personal difficulty have also been taken by the petitioner. It is found that the transfer order was passed on 14/10/2016, pursuant to which, the petitioner has been relieved also and the petitioner has made representation to respondent No.2.

Let representation of the petitioner be considered and decided in

accordance with law by respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
