Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order dated 25.09.2012, revision preferred by respondent No. 9 before respondent No. 2 under Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending consideration since 12.10.2012 in which the petitioner is a party and the interim order is operating against him since then but the Board of Revenue has not taken any final decision till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the records with utmost circumspection.

Considering the fact that the matter is pending consideration since 12.10.2012 before the respondent No. 2 - Board of Revenue, Bilaspur, the said authority is directed to conclude the revisional proceedings in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
