After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail application. He submits that as other co-accused have been acquitted, the Court below may be directed to consider his bail application on the same day. 2.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail after surrender. In case, the applicant surrenders and applies for regular bail, the Court below shall consider the application, if possible, on the same day and in any case, within three days.
