Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that on the strength of interim order passed by this Court on 03.11.2017 in WPS No.5783/2017, the petitioner was allowed to work, however, salary for the period October, November and December, 2017 and January, 2018 has not been paid to the petitioner.

Considering the nature of disobedience alleged against the contemnors, it is deemed appropriate that the petitioner may prefer representation before the competent authority along with copy of this order within a period of 2 weeks from today and thereafter the Authority shall decide the issue concerning salary of the above said period within a further period of 4 weeks. 3.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
