Learned counsel appearing under instructions from the respondents submits that the order dated 22.10.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.6884 of 2018 has since been complied with inasmuch as the respondents have taken steps for releasing the entire dues payable to the petitioner on his retirement including release of pensionary benefits. 2.

In view of the submissions made by Shri Kazi, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. The respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, in case if any dues are left unpaid or any dues is still left to be paid, the petitioner would have liberty of approaching the respondents or before this court by way of a fresh proceedings altogether.
