2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.13/2021 registered at Police Station- Tamnar, District Raigarh, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this bail application and seeks to withdraw the same.
