1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation which the petitioner has made to the respondents seeking for confirmation/regularization of his services.

2. As per the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has been appointed and serving the respondents for past many years and that initial appointed of the petitioner was on probation for a period of two years.

3. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner put in satisfactory service during the probation period that is the

reason that the petitioner is still working with the respondents, therefore, the respondents should take steps for the confirmation/regularization of the services of the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner it is directed that, let the case of the petitioner be considered by the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 deciding the claim of the petitioner for confirmation in service at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The order whatever would be passed by the authorities, the same would be passed by respondents after due verification of the facts.

6. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 so far as this order passed by this Court is concerned.
