Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the application for change of timing and extension of route has been submitted by the petitioner before respondent No.1 on 14.07.2015, the same has not been decided till date.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending before respondent No.1, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
