1. Heard on prayer for restoration of Writ Petition (S) No.551 of 2019.
-22. Upon due consideration of the grounds urged in the application for restoration, we are satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for non-appearance of the petitioner when the case was called out for hearing on 31.01.2019.
3. Accordingly, the application (MCC) is allowed. Order dated 31.01.2019, dismissing Writ Petition (S) No.551 of 2019 for want of prosecution, is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to its original number, subject to petitioner depositing cost of Rs.250/- with the High Court Legal Services Committee.
