Considering the fact that the issue being transfer matter and this Court with a limited scope of interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, thinks it proper to dispose off the petition with a direction to the petitioner to prefer representation for redressal of his grievance before the appropriate authority. On such representation being made, the authority concern shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, considering all the objections and contentions put forth by the petitioner. 3.
