Learned counsel for the parties would jointly submit that the matter has been rendered infructuous by the efflux of time as the issue has been settled by the Supreme Court in the matter of BCCI vs. Cricket Association of Bihar1.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 3.

If the petitioner has any grievance, it may raise the issue before the Committee constituted by the Supreme Court in the matter of BCCI (supra).
