1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 19/2018 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 363, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(5)(A) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and Sections of 4, 6 of Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act.

2. Counsel for the applicant submits that pending the application before this Court, the trial itself has been concluded and the present applicant has been convicted.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
