1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 09.01.2019 passed by this court in WPS No.96 of 2019.

2. The modification sought for is only to the post on which the petitioner was working which inadvertently in the order dated 09.01.2019 has been reflected as "Draftsman" whereas, it ought to had been "Assistant Draftsman".

3. According to the counsel for the petitioner, the error crept in the writ petition where he has written the post of the petitioner as "Draftsman" instead of "Assistant Draftsman".

4. The prayer is not opposed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 09.01.2019 passed in WPS No.96 of 2019 shall stand modified to the extent that in the second line of paragraph-2 of the said order dated 09.01.2019, the post of the petition shall be read as "Assistant Draftsman" instead of "Draftsman".

6. Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
