(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 21.09.2004 passed in Writ Petition No.2233/2004 (Sunil Gupta Vs. The Director, Raipur Diaosis Education Society, Raipur & Others) directed the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the case of the petitioner, but till now the said order has not been complied with by the said authority. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner as directed by this

Court by order dated 21.09.2004, expeditiously from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
