Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who was working as Drug Inspector was transferred from Sukma to Kanker vide order dated 19/08/2019. Subsequent to that he was relieved to join at Kanker by Annexure P-2 on 5/11/2019. It is contended that thereafter respondent No.4, Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Kanker is not allowing the petitioner to join at the place of transfer. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is also not being paid the salary. He further refers to Annexure P-3 the representation filed and would submit that the petitioner's representation may be directed to be decided which is pending at the end of respondent No.4.

Perusal of Annexure P-1 would show that the petitioner was transferred from Sukma to Kanker. Thereafter, he was relieved from Sukma on 5/11/2019 by Annexure P-2. Since the petitioner has made a

representation, at this moment it is directed that respondent No.4 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. Unless and until transfer order is modified or cancelled same has to be given effect to. Since it has been stated that the petitioner has not been paid the salary, salary of the petitioner shall also be released forthwith alongwith the decision of the representation. 3.
