Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/01/2017 Heard.

1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for transfer on her own request on personal ground. However, vide order dated 30.07.2016 (Annexure P/3) though she has been transferred, her name appears in the list, her place of posting has been wrongly stated as Sub Health Centre, Bhaisatara whereas the petitioner is actually posted in Sub Health Centre Kumhi and not Bhaisatara. The petitioner has an apprehension that it is because of this discrepancy that the petitioner though transferred is not being relieved.

direction for execution of transfer which shall be decided by the State Government.
