Case of the petitioner is that despite the complaint, the police has not taken action on complaint of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to raise his grievances by approaching the Superintendent of Police, Mahasamund under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.
The petitioner is permitted to raise his grievances before the Superintendent of Police, Mahasmaund, If the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Mahasmaund under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C., the Superintendent of Police, Mahasmaund will look into the grievances of the petitioner in terms of the provisions contained in sub-section (3) of Section 154 of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner is free to bring to the notice of the Superintendent of Police about the judgment rendered by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others 1 .

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
