This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.263 of 2015, registered at Police StationDongargarh, District-Rajnandgaon (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and keeping in view the applicant is in jail since 7.7.2015, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands finally disposed of.
