1. Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that for the reasons stated and order dated 05.12.2019 passed in WPC No.1283 of 2009, this petition may also be disposed off at this stage with liberty granted as in WPC No.283 of 2009.

2. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the order passed on 05.12.2019 in WPC No.1283 of 2009, this petition is also disposed off with liberty to revive depending upon the result of second appeal filed by the society namely Bhatkhande Lalit Kala Shikshan Samitee.
