The counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the grievance of the petitioner would be that they are permitted to approach the respondents by way of a suitable representation seeking for regularization in service taking into account the long service rendered by the petitioner under the respondents on contractual basis uninterruptedly and to the satisfaction of

the Authorities concerned.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent the authority concerned for considering their grievances and in case such representation is made the same be considered and decided on its own merits in accordance with law, at the earliest.
