1. Heard.

2. It is contended that the petitioners are the Principals working in the School Education Department from 2007 and as per the circular dated 28th of April, 2008, on completion of 10 years of service they are entitled for the revised time pay-scale, however, the said benefit has not been granted to them till date. It is submitted that therefore the petitioners have made representation before the respondents No.1 & 2, the same may be directed to be decided so that the benefit of revised time scale pay can be granted to the petitioners, who have already served more than 10 years.

3. Perusal of the documents would show that the petitioners on different dates have given several representations to different authorities. In view of this to avoid the confusion, the petitioners are given liberty to make afresh representation in this regard before respondents No.1 & 2 within a period of two weeks from today and the representation if so filed the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
