This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.46/2015, registered at Police Station-Basantpur, District-Balrampur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376(2) (n) of the IPC and Section 5 (tha) read with Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012. 2.

This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 25.8.2015 in M.Cr.C.No.4338 of 2015.
