Shri Neeraj Sharma, GA Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/02/2017 The petitioner is challenging order dated 30-07-2016 (Annexure P/1) on the ground that in the transfer order, the name of the school, where the petitioner is posted is different. The petitioner is posted in the Primary School whereas in the impugned transfer order, against the name of the petitioner, it has been mentioned as Middle School.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this petition only when relieving order is issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is posted as a Head Master in the Primary School, Chamiya, whereas in the impugned transfer order, the petitioner has been shown as Head Master, Middle School, Chamiya.

The petitioner may bring to the notice of the State authorities regarding aforesaid mistake. Otherwise also, the petitioner slept over the matter for months together, because he has challenged the impugned transfer order, only when the relieving order is issued.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to represent the State Government, this petition is finally disposed off.
