Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by inadvertance, requisites for issuance of notice by registered process could not be filed. He undertakes to do so within a period of one week. 2.

Subject to filing of requisites for issuance of registered notice, Writ Appeal No. 303 of 2014 is restored to file on merits. If the requisites are filed within time, the office shall proceed to issue notice.

In the event of failure to comply the undertaking today to file requisites for registered notice within one week from today, this application for restoration shall be deemed to have been dismissed.
