1. Learned State counsel would submit that the original order of petitioner's removal from the office of Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Narayanpur, Block Navagarh was passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Bemetara on 30.07.2007 since thereafter fresh elections have been held twice in the year 2010 and 2015, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

2. Shri Amiyakant Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner would plead no instructions.

3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
