(2) The petitioner claims to have moved an application for grant of compassionate on account of death of her husband, who was working as Shiksha Karmi, however, the said application has not been annexed with the writ petition.
(3) The writ petition is vague and lacks in substantial terms and therefore, it is not properly constituted.
