Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and Devendra Pal Aanchle both have been transferred on mutual basis by order dated 26.9.2015 and 21.9.2015, but the petitioner has not been relieved by respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Mohla.

Respondent No.2/Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Mohla is directed to consider the representation to be made by

the petitioner within 15 days from today and consider for relieving the case of the petitioner in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
