4. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the applicants and the ground taken in the petition for counsel's non-appearance before this Court on 30.01.2015 appears to be just and appropriate, petition for restoration of First Appeal is allowed.

5. Accordingly, First Appeal No.133/2008 dismissed on 30.01.2015 for want of prosecution is restored to its original number and the same may be listed for hearing.
