The Collector, Balodabazar and the Chief Municipal Officer of Nagar Panchayat, Kasdol are present in person. They tendered apology that they have not filed return earlier, however, same has now been filed and served and the factual position existing on the ground has been brought on record with supporting evidence.

Be that as it may, if the Petitioner has some personal grievance still in relation to construction of the Mukti Dham which is equally important and for which, if steps are being taken for providing facilities which is required to be extended to a departed soul and the Court will not come in the way of such completion of the Mukti Dham. However, the Respondent authorities would be well advised to also keep sentiments of those who have already departed in relation to some of the Samadhis which may be present in the land and the area where the Mukti Dham is sought to be upgraded.

If the Petitioner brings any bonafide issue to the knowledge of any of the above authorities, they will surely find an amicable solution to the same. The personal presence of both the officers are now stand dispensed with. 4.
