1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner was appointed in the year 2010 and she has joined the services on 27.12.2010, till date the petitioner has not been released of her increment, which she is otherwise due on completion of one year's of service.

2. The petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the respondents, but till date no final decision has been taken by the authorities.

3. Given the nature of dispute and the fact that the claim has not been rejected by the authorities till date, let the respondents No.1 & 2 take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest,

-2preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
