2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondent submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's claim for allotment of land has been considered and decided vide order dated 28-04-2017.

3. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner raises issues with regard to correctness and validity of the order dated 28-04-2017, but in the contempt matter, this issue cannot be gone into.

4. This Court did not decide the issue on merits, but direction was issued to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

5. As the respondent has already taken a decision on the case of the petitioner, I

am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged.

6. Accordingly, the contempt petition is finally disposed off. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the legality and validity of order dated 28-04-2017 in a separately constituted petition, on such grounds as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
