Learned counsel for the appellant informs this Court, that already a jail appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant which is pending in CRA No.1757/2018, thereafter, being encouraged by family members of this appellant this separate appeal has been filed subsequently which can be heard along with this appeal. On due consideration, CRA No.314/2019 is disposed of. However, the counsel for appellant in this case is directed to give his appearance in the CRA No.1757/2018.
