(1) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is
working as Time Keeper at Rural Engineering Services, SubDivison, Nawagarh, has been transferred from Nawagarh to Saja, against which, he made representation to the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Raipur, who is competent authority to hear the representation and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, Commissioner, Raipur Division is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) For the period of two months, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
