Heard on I.A. No. 1 of 2017, an application for condonation of delay in filing the present petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the delay in filing the present petition is hereby condoned.

Also heard on application for grant of leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 3.
On due consideration, the application is allowed and leave to appeal as prayed for is granted.

After registration of the regular acquittal appeal, issue notice to the respondent, on payment of process fee, as per rules. 6.
