Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the Bank is not complying the circular issued by the State Government dated 11-01-2016 and as such apprehension of the petitioner is not correct and they are following the circular dated 10-08-2010 issued by the Government of India. 2.

In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

The W.P.(S), thus, stands disposed of.
