5. This M.C.C. has been filed for restoration of CR No.98/2019, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2019.

6. For the reasons assigned in the application for restoration of the said petition, I am inclined to allow the same.

7. Accordingly, the instant M.C.C is allowed and CR No.98/2019 is restored to its original number.
