(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.302/2014 registered at Police Station Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses by order of this dated 18.11.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5606/2014.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, after going through the statement of witnesses and taking into consideration

the nature and gravity of offence, evidence available on record and taking into account the marriage was solemnized of deceased Beena Bai with son of applicant namely Rameshwar Pal on 08.05.2014 and committed suicide on 17.06.2014 within one month from marriage, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. (5) Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
