1. This is a matter where the petitioner has challenged transfer order passed as back as on 21.7.2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner was not relieved and he had already made a representation, he did not prefer to file petition but it is only when relieving order was issued on 5.1.2017, the petitioner has filed this petition.

3. The transfer order has been challenged on the ground of frequency. At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order as the petitioner has approached this Court quite belatedly. In case of transfer, the employee is required to be vigilant and if he intends to challenge the transfer order, he should approach the Court without loss of time.

Therefore, the writ petition is finally disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue representation which has been preferred by the petitioner and the representation shall be considered and decided by the respondentauthority in accordance with the transfer policy within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
