1. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes a limited prayer that respondents be directed to consider the representation that the petitioner has made requesting the respondents for re-engaging as Daily Wage Employee.

2. Taking into consideration the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for the present writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to take appropriate decision on the representation that petitioner has made seeking for appointment.

3. Let appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
